Vladimir Petkovic - (assistant) is an actor and assistant to director Ibrahim Quraishi in SARAY: Mozart alla turca, and David Maayan´s Family Table at the Schauspielhaus Wien (Vienna), Grand Théâtre de la Ville Luxembourg and Het Toneelhuis (Antwerpen). For the past five years, he has also worked extensively with Andrea Breth at The Burgtheater (Vienna) as assistant and dramaturge. Founder of ‘YELLOW PARTY’ (a non-political organization for cultural provocation), writer of several plays (Trace & Doctor Digital) while completely immersed in electronica, vjing, promoter of VJ art in Serbia and the Austrian underground culture, Petkovic is also a producer of two singles albums both used in last performance of David Maayan’s Family Table. Most recently, Petkovic was in New York as assistant to director Ibrahim Quraishi in his war oratorio: Still life with Commentator that had its New York premier this past december at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) Next Wave Festival and in March 2007 Petkovic has appeared as Ubu in King Ubu at the Schauspielhaus Wien.
