Ibrahim QURAISHI - Conceptual artist, writer, choreographer and artistic director of Compagnie Faim de Siecle (NY/Paris), work is based on the transformation of space, an immersive narrative and a pro-active performative dialogue through digital and human interface.
He is the winner of such prestigious grants as The Rockefeller MAP Fund 2000, 2004 and 2005 (with Vijay Iyer and Mike Ladd), The NEA (National Endowment for the Arts) Award, The Islamic World Arts Initiative (IWAI, 2004) and Arts International Award grant for 2001 & 2003.
